Making art has always brought me a deep sense of joy. My art has been my ”side hustle” in the past, but with time it has become my main focus.
Patreon backers continue to help support my livelihood as an artist each month. Fortunately, I am allowed to continue to create new dynamic work on multiple levels each month. Through this platform, the artwork most recently created, my personal reflections on the process, and open communication with my creative community can be shared here.
With support from every individual, I come closer to achieving a goal of working full time as an artist and focusing on full scale projects I have envisioned, like my graphic novel concept: ‘ALI GORICAL’©. In the time it takes to develop the scale of community support it will require to lift such projects off the ground, my focus will be working on new paintings, murals, illustrations, and design projects. It is my goal to share with Patrons the inner scope of my work as it continues to develop, the processes I am working with and my reflections in learning new techniques and skills.
